After countless hours of tasting and remaking, we’ve finally got it down to a science. While it is not available just yet, we thought it would be a good idea to get all of our readers excited about this new line of products. Whether you’re craving an old-fashioned lavender lemonade, or something a little more tropical, our lemonade line is sure to hit the spot. What Flavours of Lavender Lemonade Will There Be?
- Classic Lavender
A simple twist on Grandma’s favourite lemon beverage. Our classic lavender lemonade is a timeless combination of sweet and savoury. The light floral notes make this beverage the perfect summertime thirst-quencher. It can be dressed up or down, enjoyed in the blistering cold or the sweltering heat. Pour yourself a glass and be transported to the vibrant Okanagan Valley. Crafted with our homemade lavender simple syrup, this is a drink you don’t want to miss! - Blueberry Lavender
Feeling blue? Bring up your spirits with this fun spin on your average lemonade. Who knew blueberries and lavender could pair so well together? We certainly did not. This accidental recipe formed while we were trying to find a way to naturally achieve a purple colour for our lavender simple syrup. As it turns out, this concoction made for a deliciously unique lemonade flavour that we cannot get enough of! Coming soon to a lavender shop near you 🙂
- Pineapple Lavender
It’s tropical and it’s floral—just like your uncle’s Hawaiian shirt. If you’re looking for a drink that’s beach-ready, our pineapple lavender lemonade is the perfect choice. An unlikely combo, this lemonade mixes floral zings with a succulent tang to create an irresistible flavour. From sunrise to sunset, this drink will keep your thirst at bay. Herbaceous and delightfully sweet. This lemonade belongs at a backyard party. We melded the flavours of the Lamiaceae family to create our signature lavender herb lemonade. A house favourite, this combination is sure to satisfy your taste buds. It’s fresh, fragrant and oh, so sweet! Perfect for those long summer nights. Soon to be available for purchase!
When and where Can We Expect to be Able to Purchase Lavender Lemonade?
Our lavender lemonade is still in the early stages of development. While we have nailed down our recipes and flavours, we are still in the process of bottling and producing the lemonade. We are also working with local businesses in Kelowna to ensure that our products reach as many of you as possible! Over the course of the fall/winter, our team will be working hard to get these beverages ready for purchase! In the meantime, we encourage all of our customers to stay tuned to our blog and social platforms for updates about the release date and our current progress.
Once our lavender lemonades are ready to be sold, they will be available for purchase in a few different ways/places. We anticipate selling our canned lavender lemonades both in-store at Lavender Jack’s and online via our website. In addition to this, we are hoping to partner with a few local businesses to serve best-selling lavender lemonades on tap. We think this would be a great way for locals and visitors alike to get a taste of the McKinley Lavender experience!
