Why not combine the different varieties of lavender buds?
We have chosen to separate our lavender buds for sale according to their variety. This makes it easier to achieve what you’re looking for in lavender buds when it comes to flavor, taste, scent, and appearance. For example, an English Hidcote bud is extremely different from the buds that are taken from our White Ellagance stems. While both are great for culinary applications, Hidcote is sweet and White Ellagance has a citrus mint flavour and scent. By allowing our customers to choose which variety they want based on what appeals to their senses we allow for more control over your end results.
