If you’ve been dreaming of holding an event at a lavender farm in Kelowna, then you already know that it’s near impossible to find a farm that can host your gathering in Kelowna. We’ve got the next best thing! Our lavender farm is located in McKinley Landing and due to city restrictions we are unable to host guests at the farm despite your desperate pleas 🙁
That’s why we decided it was time to bring the lavender farm to you in another way. Lavender Jack’s is a retail farm shop located in the gorgeous neighbourhood of Quail Ridge, in Kelowna BC. This little space is perfect for your next gathering. Birthdays, intimate dinners, cocktail celebrations, baby showers, wedding showers, gender reveals, whatever you’re dreaming up we can help you plan and execute it here at Lavender Jack’s.

Location
Our location in Kelowna is near perfect. If you’re a local then you’ll feel as though you’ve escaped the hustle and bustle. If you’re from out of town then you’ll love how close it is to YLW Airport, hotels and other rental accommodations’. Lavender Jack’s is located at the entrance to the Bear and Quail Golf Course. The stone paver patio is meticulously maintained and overlooks Els Lake and the 18th hole of this manicured championship golf course. The location is easily found off of Highway 97 and your guests won’t have trouble finding parking in the area unlike so many other Kelowna event venues.
Amenities
The shop is equipped with a full service kitchen that makes catering and serving for your event a breeze. Literally a breeze because all doors and windows fold and slide open to the enormous patio. This creates a unique indoor/outdoor flow and allows your guests to connect. The kitchen has an Italian imported espresso machine, grinders and coffee service. There is a Turbo-Chef rapid cook oven ideal for serving hors-d’œuvre’s, as well as a freezer and refrigerator for food and drink storage. You’ll also have access to a refrigerated display case for drinks and a keg tap. There’s plenty of shelving inside if you have products, mementos, gift bags or other items you want to promote. Or leave it stocked with dried lavender for your guests to immerse themselves in the scent of Okanagan Lavender.
Space
The space was recently renovated over a period of 18 months from top to bottom. Lavender Jack’s is designed to feel like an open air cafe that you would find traveling through Paris or Italy. Brick flooring, pink granite, rich woods and gorgeous materials from the likes of design maison, House of Hackney accent the space. The show stopper is the brand new window and door package from Folding Sliding Doors Canada. The windows and doors create a true open air vibe that is perfect for lounging, networking and connecting with your guests. Parking:

- 1 underground parking spot for deliveries/caterers/suppliers during the event
Privacy Signage:
- Private event signage is provided at both entrances to the patio specifying that a private event is in progress
Booking Terms:
- 50% booking deposit is required at the time of booking to hold a reservation date
- 25% 2 weeks before the event
- 25% 24 hours before the event
- Any overages due to guest charges will be charged to the credit card on file within 24 hours of the event end)
- Please be advised that some vendors may require separate deposits/policies
- No pets, No smoking, No vaping, No loud music or P.A system, No wayfinding signs, No public intoxication
