How to Care for your Blue Spear Dried Lavender
Blue Spear dried Lavender is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a deeply coloured flower. Keep your dried Blue Spear Lavender in great shape with these handy tips for unpacking your order when it arrives and storing for the future.
Shedding buds: Dried lavender plants will commonly lose buds during transport! Don’t stress – this is very normal! We suggest you gather up any lost buds and other lavender material and store it in an airtight jar for future use.
Storage: If you aren’t planning on using your lavender right away you can leave it in the box until you’re ready. We ask that you carefully inspect your shipment at least once upon arrival. Store the box in a cool location out of direct sunlight until you are ready to use it.

Blue Spear Lavender
Variety: English (Lavandula Angustifolia)
Name: Blue Spear Lavender
Height: 11-13″ tall
Color: Deep blue blooms
Qualities: Pretty, compact and showy
Blue Spear Lavender is an ENGLISH ‘Lavandula Angustifolia’ and is a brand new variety for us here at MKL. Blue Spear blooms in the first year, so it was a very impressive trial for us. It is the tallest and showiest of the first-year-blooming types, with decidedly blue tinted flower spikes over subdued grey-green foliage. The spires of fragrant flowers attract all kinds of pollinators from late spring to the end of summer.
